 Being a custom job shop, we apply a variety of specialty coatings.
One of which is ESD (Electro Static Dissipation) coating. These
coatings may be applied to many different substrates. Currently
we are a coating a custom enclosure that is cast from a rigid
urethane to control static discharge. The instrument will eventually
sniff for contaminates and our coating will keep the mail moving
efficiently. Once the static dissipative coating is applied and
cured we mask it and apply a cosmetic finish to the exterior
surface. When completed, the product is not only functional but
cosmetically attractive.
We have coated thousands of OEM parts, panels, housings and
enclosures. We have experience with most plastics and metal substrates.
Unlike many job shops we welcome prototypes and small jobs. We
are also capable of large volume and full production quantity.
